As it’s summer I’ve been creating several pastels of flowers and gardens. Our garden is thriving and is looking lovely and the flowers seem happy now the Box Trees have gone. We have experimented with growing vegetables in pots and have had some success. We’ve had potatoes, beans and tomatoes, not a lot but we’ve learnt where’s best to put them next year and the cucumber and courgettes plants look promising. Its been a late season but hope that the sunshine we’ve had in August will continue into September.
I did this pastel earlier in the season when the Camellia was in bloom.
