It’s been a busy month. I exhibited in an auction yesterday in aid of the Kirby Lonsdale fire disaster appeal. I was pleased that my pastel ‘Blue Mountain’ was sold but there weren’t many people at the auction so, I don’t think it raised as much as it should have done.
Next weekend, is the annual Art Trail at GreenWalk in Whalley Range. I’m exhibiting my work at No. 19 and I’m going to look at where and how I’ll be exhibiting it during the week. I wont be able to hang my paintings on the walls and so I’m gathering easels from my studio in Farfield so I can display as many as possible.
This is one of the pastels I will be showing, assuming it gets framed in time!!
