I couldn’t resist showing a photo of our Lemon Tree. It was covered in scale insect during the Summer which is almost impossible to get rid of and involved me swabbing each leaf with soapy water. But it has recovered. We brought it into the conservatory in the Winter and it is now laden with lemons. I gave up counting at 70. Last night I made a Lemon Meringue pie for some friends with our own lemons. How about that!!
Note to David and Jodi – I know this is nothing to shout about in Phoenix or Kauai but in Manchester it’s pretty special!!
