Had a fantastic day last Thursday at the Paralympics. My sister managed to get several tickets and gave two to me. My Mum lives very close to the Olympic Stadium so it would have been crazy not to have got there. It was incredibly well organised and great fun. We were surrounded by school children all waving their flags like mad. I was very interested to see the landscaping as one of the designers has been chosen to design the landscape around The Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester. I look forward to seeing what she does there as the Olympic Park was impressive.
